MENTAL NOTE #31.0-ARGH! “THE 4A.M. PLAN”!
Yeah, so, kind of typical, awake suddenly….at the UnHoly Hour of 4A.M….what to do?
Steps in the “4 A.M. Plan”:
1) Get out of Bed. [√]
2) Make some Tea and/or Coffee. [√]
3) Go outside and stand in the cool rain! [√]
4) Unblurry your eyes, goto some device or computer and attempt to get some work done. [√]
OR,
5) Read a Book (I may do this instead)!
